Cannot open the game, error visual studio just-in-time debugger

I cannot open the game this error is always show up. http://postimg.org/image/5l7vcraun/ I try to re-install but this issue not fixed I use Windows 8 pro 64 bit Please help

Do you have visual studio installed on your computer and if so what version ?

    It's Visual Studio 2010 on my computer

      Maybe reinstall that ? 

      Also could you check what your DEP is set to ? It should be on the default settings.
