@cursed_catzif it works find without mods, but doesn't with mods, then it sounds like a mod issue. Your mods may be out of date/broken, particularly since there was a patch recently. the best way to test which mod is causing your issue is the 50-50 method
@cursed_catz There are a lot of threads here that if you read them pin point your experienced issue to build mods, like Better Build Buy and TOOL.
Before updating your game you always need to remove your mods.
Then you need to check the places where you downloaded them, for information on when they are updated.
When the creators announce new and updated versions, you can install that new version, and play with your mods. 🙂
A bug report needs to be made on a modfree game. Before making another bug report you need to remove your mods and test your save to see if the issue occurs. The bug reports are for issues in the game; not for mods which are third party additions, and can only be fixed by the creator.
