cannot reach baby

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had twins and I click on the firstborn and tell the Sim to feed it and the same for the second born. when the Sim is done feeding the firstborn, it gives the error of when a Sim cannot reach something and I've checked and nothing's in the way.
What happens when the bug occurs? the Sim cannot interact with the baby at all.
What do you expect to see? the Sim to interact with the baby.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
