Cannot See Any Effects At All (Dread Horse, Horse Poo Animation) ETC ETC

Hello,

I've noticed that in my game I cannot see the effects when the horses poo or pee, there are no sparkles for the unicorn horns, and I want to see the Dread horse, I had my sim go at midnight and they get the scared moodlet, but the dread horse does not appear. I have done a repair a couple of times to no avail. I do use mods, but I have taken them out and still no effects. Can you please fix this? Thank you! I have attached my most recent save file.

NOTE: I don't know how to attach a copy of my save file though. I tried and it said it's an unsupported file type.
