Hello Simmers!

I bought The Sims 4 and a few packs back in 2018. I stopped playing for a while and came back this month to play. The base game and packs downloaded successfully, but when I try to buy more packs, I can't see them in the EA Store or the in-game marketplace. Even when I try buying Moola (or points), nothing happens when I click, and the balance shows up as "--".

Can someone please help me with this? I would like to buy a few packs and items from the store, but I can't. Even when searching for The Sims 4 in the EA Store, I can only see The Sims 3.
