Cant access house in live mode

I built 2 brand new houses. I can access 1 but cant access 2nd in the least. Sims cant even go in the house. However i can do whatever i want in build mode. Please Help me!

    I cant lower floors or hide walls & there are 2 entrances to the house. 1 to basement. Cant access anything

    Please share the house on the gallery so I can test it. You need to tell me your username on the gallery and the name of the house.

    Same as on here but the M is capitalized.

    @Rebelmomma97  , @mashikyukyu  I downloaded the uploaded house to a new folder, with a new save, and moved in a new sim, which had no problem entering the house.

    I did find this bug report though. Did you have a sleepover or similar? Does this thread fit your issue? They are asking for saves, so if you want to help fix the issue, provide your save before trying the workaround listed in the thread. See the solution post for instructions on how to send a save.

    Oddly enough i got it to work finally. When i figured out how to save/add to gallery i decided to just download the house into another town & created a new sim. Not only was i able to access the new Brick Riverside House but i am finally able to access original too. Its weird.
