Can't Change Language

I can't change the language of Sims 4 even I tried to actually change my game's language and it shows that the language is in English but the game itself is in other language and after it didn't work I tried to repair my game, but it didn't work too.

Please help me.

@ploop333 Is the text in another language ? If so, which one ?

If it's about the Sims talking, they speak simlish.

@ploop333 Did you buy the russian/czech/polish version ?

That has no english and it's a bit strange that you can even change the game to english. The options shouldn't be there ?

i dont know i installed it when it was free- its NOT the demo version. it has all the language options but it doesn't really change

@ploop333 Are you located in Russia ? Was it always in Russian or was it english before ?

Are you on PC or Mac ?
