Can't continue painting after stopping it and doing something else

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, except Throwaway kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Paint anything awhile, stop, do something else and try continue painting.
What happens when the bug occurs? You hear the choosing sound, put no command comes into the queue line.
What do you expect to see? An option to continue painting again
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@crinrict I tested it out with brand new modfree game and it didn't happen. I believe it might be mod related, or it was a some sort of a glitch. Now also with mods you can continue painting. What @thefailedbeta wrote, might have had happen to me as well, because I use bb.moveobjects alot.
But right now painting is working fine in my game.
