Can't create serums

Product: The Sims 4 Get to Work Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? Suomi How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.44.88 ...

    Tried with a new game but seems I cannot reproduce the behavior. Chem Labs are working fine both at home and at work.
