Can't delete objects from Sims 4 gallery

I am also having this problem. I recently returned and decided to remove all of my old households from the gallery and I couldn't remove three of them. I looked up the problem, tried all the suggestions and now I have four households I can't remove. There are no errors. They just won't actually delete from the gallery. They will appear to be removed but when I refresh the page they are still there. I really don't want them there anymore, so it's quite frustrating. Two of the households are from January 2015, one is from January 2017 and now there's one from today that is a copy of the one from 2017.
