Can't download City Living.
I purchased city living today and I cannot download it, it just says 'Preparing' and won't do anything else. I have tried everything and am at a loss for what to do. How do I get what I PURCHASED to ...

Did you try rebooting your computer?
I have tried:
Restarting my computer
Logging in and out of Origin
Uninstalling and reinstalling Origin
Running Origin as Administrator
Repairing my sims 4 game !
I don't know what else to do. I paid for this content, and I cannot download it, and I cannot understand why!
Do you have any security software that might be blocking the connection?
I have the same problem and tried those things and still get stuck in the perpetual "Preparing" mode. I can play the game fine (without city living) but when I exit the game and open origin to install the new expansion I still get the pepetual "Preparing". I just want to know if this is just happening on launch day and tomorrow it will be fixed or if I have to call the EA people to get it fixed.
