Hi there @larniehalloran,
Let's try the following steps to get your content installed:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
- Close the EA app
- Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
- In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
- Click Okay the bottom of the window
- Open the EA app client and try starting the download again
If you're still not able to get your expansions downloaded once you've run through these steps, please let me know!
I've done all this and its still not working

@larniehalloran Which packs are downloading properly, and which are not? Do you have access to another computer where you could try installing the nonworking packs? The point is not to play on the other computer, only to install, or not, to see whether the issue is related to your system or your account.
@aedwards6 Do you or did you ever have an EA Play subscription, either standalone or through XBox GamePass? If so, did you receive Get to Work through that subscription, or did you buy it on its own? If you did buy the pack, please also sign into ea.com, open your account settings, click Order History, and see whether the Get to Work purchase went through properly or is showing as processing or denied. And please also look for any sign of a full or partial refund.

@puzzlezaddictThe growing together and high school years downloaded fine but i brought them after switching to the ea app and they downloaded automatically. I’ll have to wait a few days and try on my sisters pc. But have tried re-downloading both sims and the ea app
