Can't enter pool & can't place a pool ladder bug

I have tried to build a roof pool, and for the life of me I can not add the final finishing touch; the ladder! This wouldn't be a big deal if my Sim could get in the pool with out a ladder, but he si...

its so simple u got the ladder to much in the pool..pull it out ground lvl
