Can't get customer service from EA?! Help?!

MY GAME WON'T LAUNCH and I can't get help from EA! There is no online chat option to pick and I need real time help, this can't be solved over email! Can you guys get an option to contact live chat? It should be working hours right now (it's about 2 pm UTC)? I need help but I can't reach EA! For days I haven't been able to play the game that I've spent so much money on, this is ridiculous!

Is the online chat just not open or wth?!

@siirysiir Try choosing a slightly different category of issue. Some of them will direct you to a phone call only, but you should be able to get live chat by playing with the options.
