Can't Get Rid Of Ghosts In The Relationship Panel

I have no household at all with a ghost when I check them through Manage Households. I release all the spirits to the Netherworld from their urns or tombstones when they die in the currently active lot. Still, my sims have a dozen ghosts of unplayed sims who have passed in their relationship panels. Why?

And how can I get rid of them?
