Can't get the Chat about Work Interactions-City Living

So, still no answer? I've made friends with coworkers, gone as far as being best friends with them, still no options for chat about work come up. I've tried different coworkers, nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution? Whenever I search all I keep getting is HOW to meet coworkers, which isnt the actual problem
