can't hire a butler in the sims 4?

Ok so, my game works fine, but one thing is bugging me whenever I try to hire a butler or a nanny nothing shows up, no button saying hire a butler or hire a nanny, I have tried restarting my game and...

I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.

If you have any issues with Sims 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
