    @SimplyOdd It looks like it is installed. Is your computer a pc? If so did you reboot your computer? Where did you purchase the pack? If you bought it through Origin installation should be automatic. Did you try to reboot your computer?  Click the game icon in Origin game library. Then click stuff packs. does it show as owned?

@roberta591 Yes, it's on PC and yes I bought it through Origin, and yes it's owned. Though I haven't done a PC restart because of stuff I'm working on still.

What if restarting doesn't work? What then? I made a lot of progress on my sim, I don't want to lose that.
