Can't install the game - VC++ / Access denied problem (5)

    Alright I fixed the problem by granting full access to "everyone" on the "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache" folder.

    I am also having trouble with this. 

    I can't even find my PrgramData file to change permissions to "everyone" - I have a Windows 7 system, so perhaps it's in a different place or under a different file name? 

    Cannot uninstall redistributables, but apparently they are up to date anyways (new versions won't install as files are already on PC).
