Can't Lode My Wedding Stories World (Tartosa)

@ellromo  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  If Tartosa loads properly, you'll know the issue is one or more of your mods, and you'll need to split and retest until you find out which one(s).

For both of the above, please test in a new save just in case the instance of Tartosa in your current save is corrupt.
