CANT PLAY A HOUSEHOLD

When I launch the sims 4 to play everything is fine but when I go to the map to select the household i wanna play, it doesn't let me! I can't play any of my sims! When i press play to play that househ...

Do you have any CC or Mods? Try removing them

    Nope nothing. Spent 2 hours on the phone to origin for them to still not know how to fix it!
