@MoonCuteGlitch Do your Epic-owned packs show in your EA App account? If not, that needs to be cleared up first.
If they do show up in the EA App, then uninstall Sims 4 and reinstall it through Steam along with the pack(s) you own in Steam. Then sign into the EA App and download any packs that show up there, including the ones you received from Epic, without also installing a second copy of the base game. When you're only installing those packs, they should go into your Steam install. Then you can launch Sims 4 from Steam and have access to all your packs.

From EA, all the dlcs appear in the list of managing add-ons.
Even digital content is the life of the party, and the night is young, which is supposed to come with the deluxe pack of the sims on steam.
When I open EA, it recognizes the game as the steam deluxe pack, if I open it, I can play with the sims4 basic pack, the pet steam pack and the eco life ea pack.
It won't let me play the deluxe extras (which don't appear in the game) or the ones I have in epic (glamorous party and jungle adventure) (the epic ones do appear in the game but when not the content)
If I delete the sims in steam, and install the sims in EA, the steam packs are not seen, because it installs everything together, so I installed the steam one, and played from EA, and it did not recognize the pet pack that is in steam .
If I open the game from epic I get an error that the base game is missing.
If I click on the packs that do not appear from within the game, it tells me something like to install them or that they are not there, even though it marks them as if I have them.
I think that in the past I also got a pack with funny hats in the deluxe version of steam, which now doesn't appear anywhere.
This is what I have:
Steam:
- Deluxe sims4 (plus the night is young and the life of the party)
- Dogs and cats
EA:
- Ecological life
Epic:
- Glamor Party
- Jungle Adventure
- Fashion street kit

@MoonCuteGlitch Please uninstall the game and reinstall using the Epic launcher. If the game still won't launch, let me know, but otherwise, open it once and confirm that the Epic-owned packs are installed. Then uninstall the game and reinstall through Steam, and see whether you can install the Epic-owned packs using the EA App.
I realize this is somewhat convoluted, but enough people have made this work that it should also work for you with enough effort.

uninstall everything
I installed from epic, and I was able to play with the content that I have there, but not with the steam one
install on steam, i don't see the epic content anymore, and i can only open the game from steam
if I open from epic it gives a technical errorFrom within the game I see the game that I have started with those packs, it tells me that they are needed and if I click on them it says that I already have them

@MoonCuteGlitch Right, you can't launch a Steam install from Epic. The point now is that you should see your Epic-owned packs in the EA App, and you should then be able to download them to your Steam account. At least, that's how things worked a month ago.
Please let me know whether the Epic packs show in the EA App, and if so, whether you can download them from the EA App.
