Can't play different households in a world

Hi,
When I load a world (for example forgotten hollow), only one household appears and I can only play that one, while two are created. Others do not seem to exist. Why is that?
I can only choose one at the start, but each household displayed before updating.
I wanted to play with a girl charachter, to travel to another charachter, in the same world, but she can't, because the other seems like it do not exist!

(sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand my problem)

The Sims 4 folder is on my desktop. I run it as an administrator. I tried it with and without internet connection.

Anyone with the same problem?

Can i fix it?
