I ordered my game on line played it for days but I was tired of paying a costly amount for cable phone and internet. I can't play Sims 4 it says you can't play offline but soon as you try to log into origin it says you are off line right now please try again later....I paid alot for this game. I registered online and got my download of the game before you could buy it. I want this fixed or I think a refund should be given...i would rather have the game. I have been a customer from the beginning and have spent over thousands of dollars on Sims 2 3 with all expansion packs bought for 2 different computer systems as well as Sims 4 so if someone could fix this so I can play my game and continue to be a customer that would be GREAT!
Can you post a screen shot of your Origin login with the error message ?
You should be able to login offline.
Did you try going online to login and then manually going to offline mode ?
