Can't save cas/simmers/households library or upload to gallery.

Hi. I can't save can/sims/families library or upload to gallery. I have no problems with builds and lots at all. I'm not sure what's causing this. At first I thought it would be the mods and CC that ...

I had the same problem and the only solution I found was to move my mods folder into a different location. For some reason the game just wouldn't save the cc I had installed even if I checked the box.
