Have you tried repairing the your game through Origin yet ?
Did you also try a fresh save for testing purposes to see if it's limited to your save game or a general issue ?

- No I have not. How do I repair it through origin? This was a brand new boot up from installing the game creating a family with a toddler and then not being able to use the bathtub/shower combos.
