I can't uninstall sims 4. I'm trying to make some space on my laptop and I don't play it anymore. When I try to uninstall through origin, nothing happens. When I went to look for the game in apps and features it looked like this
I can play the game fine, there's no obvious errors or issues there, it's just not responding at all when I try to uninstal it. No error, not loading, nothing.
@TrickyxBee Did you click the entry in Windows apps? Do you have After the click you get an option to uninstall. EA play installed? Origin functions are being redirected EA app. Installing the EA app will uninstall Origin. You can reinstall Origin. There is a Windows program called REVO Uninstaller which I think is more powerful then the Windows uninstaller. There is a free version. If the above doesn't work you'll probably have to do a manual uninstall. If you do a manual uninstall also use a registry cleaner like ccleanr which has (had?) a free version.
There's a free uninstaller you can get on the internet called Revo Uninstaller. I know you are trying to make room on your computer but you might be surprised how much more room you will get by using this as removes all the leftovers. It will also remove any unwanted Windows apps.
