@nilsenvik00 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know what problems, if any, are still present.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also post a screenshot, or the full text, of any error message you see.

okay, I just did it, and it's just the base game right with all the packs I got. So if I leave the game now and then put the folder back in where it was..is it gonna work then?

@nilsenvik00 The point of the clean folder is that it doesn't have any of your saves or other user data. Do the problems still show up in the clean folder? Please test without adding anything to it, or if you've already restored your old folder, move that out again and test with another new folder.

in the clean folder, there are no problems at all, I tried to put the folder back but that didn't help so I had the Sims 4 map on the desktop again.
