CAS Cursor Glitch

I've been having some issues with my cursor on Sims 4. It's a little difficult to explain, but it's as if I have two cursors, a normal one and The Sims 4 one. Whenever I move my mouse, it moves the normal cursor, and it kind of drags The Sims 4 cursor with it, but The Sims 4 cursor is the one that affects the game. Here's a video showing it. This only occurs in first person and CAS mode on a sims body or when rotating the sims. This has been preventing me from editing sims when making a household, as it's so inaccurate and difficult to use.
I've been looking in the game options to see if I could fix it in any way, however I haven't found anything that could fix it. I tried changing the display type, but it made no difference. I haven't been able to find someone else who has been experiencing the same issue, so does anyone know what to do about this? How do I fix it?

Are you using any mods? If yes - move your mods folder to the desktop.
If you are using Reshade mod disable it in Sims.
Go to the game folder in Documents to find the Option.ini file and delete it. (in Win7 it will be called the only Option).
The game will recreate it. After this, you will need to set the graphics options again to what you prefer.
Hope it will fix this error

Edited: I have found another solution on foreign EA Help

    Fix the game in Origin

Origin/My games library - right-click on the cover of TS4 - option "repair game"

Then go to Origin. Click the word Origin on the upper left corner, close to the Origin icon and select application settings. Find tab "Origin in game"  and disable Origin.

  • I've had this problem for a few days. I use custom content/mods and I deleted some but I'm not positive if that has anything to do with it or not. I just solved mine by right-clicking TS4 and opening Game Properties and unticking "Enable Origin In-Game"
