Did you install the game in Turkish ?
Your computer is not the issue. That's way better than what I'm trying it on.
There's no Turkish option. I think problem is the game itself

Would you be comfortable changing your Windows User settings to English US for a quick test? (Turkish version)
The studio is currently investigating this issue and this could be helpful.
