Cats and Dogs pack purchased on EA app, but button is not appearing as Download

Question

Purchased the Cats and Dogs add on. Already did uninstall and reinstall everything, even did logging out and restarting the computer. Still my purchase was not reflected in my EA account/App. Anyone can help resolve this problem?
