Re: [no longer a current issue] many .package mods + cc not loading

thank you for posting this.  I am on a MAC and the same thing happened.  I open the game and it shows all the CC I have as being there but it doesn't in the game.  I took out the mod folder and tray folder and put them back in but the items still aren't being seen.  How to I contact tech support by phone or put a request for a call back?

The entire game broke due to the new update. Almost no CC or mods are working. The issue is on EA's end. They said they've identified the problem, but no timeframe has been given yet for the fix.

all of my CC is goneeee only a few are still there. Everything that made it realistic is gone. Please fix this quickly :’( 

My sims are naked my houses are bare. This is so upsetting. I worked so hard on fixing them when the last update ruined it the first time. Please fix it.
