Cc issues

I play with CC, recently, maybe a few days ago I found out that my male sims couldn’t go shirtless, every time that I take their shirts off they’re stuck with a tank top, and the worst of it, I can’t remove it because It’s not in any section and there’s no X on it so I can remove it. I tried taking all the files off (they’re merged) and I put a few back on and it worked but then when I tried the other ones the error came back. Is there any way I can download a different CC/MOD to help me with this problem? I also tried to fix it with Sims4Studios but it didn’t work. The tank top is one with the Joker printed on it, if any one knows about this one, let me know. I’ll attach a picture here.

    Hello!

    I haven't experienced this but try the 50/50 method to see wich cc is the problem! You take all of your cc and seperate into two "batches" and put one in, try the game and see if the problem is solved, if it is, the faulty cc is not in that batch. Then try the second batch, if the problem comes back with that batch, do the 50/50 on that one as well, and so on!

    I tried this last night, but I can’t really find the problem since I have a lot of merged files. But I think I’ll try again, the thing is, I’ll have to unmerge a lot of things, if I could just find another MOD that replaces this problem with a nude top default it would be great, but thanks anyway, really!

    Have you tried to check so the shirt is not a part of some other clothes/cc the sim has on? such as some type of weird makeup, skin details, accessories etc.

    @Lova0_sims I did, and no, it’s not, I made sure to remove everything else, any kind of make up, hair, accessories, shoes, hair and skin details. I even checked the eyes and eyebrows and nothing worked

    @marianearantesSs  If you don't remove the custom content that's causing this issue, it will just come back no matter what you do.  There's no way to block broken cc from being broken other than to remove it completely.  Hopefully the 50/50 method at least let you figure out which merged file contains the bad cc, so you won't have as much work to do.

    @puzzlezaddict Yeah, I tried the 50/50 method yesterday and reduced my options to 24 merged files, which means I have probably more than 2,000 CC files to go through, or I’ll just keep doing 50/50 until I reach a reasonable amount of files to check. Thanks!
