CC not showing up in folders deeper than mods folder

I always organize my mods folder based on when they were downloaded to help eliminate bad cc and I never go more than 1 folder inside of the mod folder.

After the 11/13 update the game can no longer find anything farther than being just in the mods folder. I'm fine with keeping them unorganized bc I have a CC manager from TSR now but if there's a way I could fix it I'd appreciate it because it looks like a mess.

Hello! Did you remove the mods from the Mod folder before updating your game? That might be the issue. If you have a CC management application it should be easy for you to put everything back in place.
