Community ManagerThanks, try clearing the cache for the EA app following these steps. If your packs still aren't appearing for you then, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can review your account details and entitlements for these packs to see what's happened.

I found the info page on troubleshooting my issue on EA Help. In the end, had to uninstall and reinstall the EA app, but it seems to be working now. Just thought I would let you know.
