Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

I purchased the Sims 4 Horse Ranch expansion pack along with the greenhouse haven kit today. I was charged, and got confirmation emails for both of them. A few hours later, my game crashes, and the EA application was saying that I no longer own those packs. I contacted suport, they said the payment failed on their end, however I was charged for both packs. Support said that I needed to REPURCHASE the pack and I was charged AGAIN. If you ask me thats Asinine.

    I had the same issue! I bought a bundle with for rent, wedding story and my pet stuff and even got a few hours of gameplay in, then i log on again and I'm told that it was removed from my library and that i'll have to repurchase it? Ridiculous, I paid quite a bit for it too. I literally have the bank statement to prove it.

    I logged a ticket with support asking for the games back or for a refund, it'll be such a bummer to lose $60 over this as I'm a huge sims fan :(

    Same issue, and the support queue has already been 4+ hours, and the queue is 99+ still

    Same thing :( I'm trying to get a hold of their customer service but even on the webpage it won't let me submit a ticket :(

    Hey so i actually may have figured this one out! I gave my bank a call and they’ve let me know that the purchase is on a “visa hold” technically the money was sent but hasn’t been processed, if it doesn’t go through it should bounce back/refund.

    check your bank statement and see if that’s the case. If it does go through and you don’t get your packs readded to your library call your bank and ask them to dispute the payment.

    Same thing happened to me with a game pack I bought two days ago. I played it for a few hours then it disappeared from my list of add-ons and my EA account says the payment failed, but I was charged. Now I can't play that save that saw a few hours of play with that pack because it's missing. :( Waiting on a response to my support ticket; I couldn't access live chat support when I tried.

    This exact thing happened to me, it let me download and use 3 kits I purchased on August 7th and then the next time I went to play it said I didn’t own them.  I checked my order history and it now says the payment failed.  I used money from my EA wallet and CC and now the EA gift card money is just gone and the charge isn’t even pending in my bank account it’s posted.  I’ve reached out to EA for help but they are horrific and extremely difficult to even try and create a support ticket.
