Thank you for the reply! I was wondering how much more i would I have to go up in price in order to play with ultra settings ?
@bigMAC72305 You'd need a gaming laptop to run Sims 4 on ultra settings, at least with most or all expansions installed, and new gaming laptops usually start around $650. At the moment, any true gaming laptop is capable of running Sims 4 on ultra graphics settings, and while that may change if future packs are significantly more demanding, you'd have at least a little bit of a buffer with even the cheapest models. I've seen them as cheap as $500 on Black Friday, but not every year and not for more than a few hours.
I did a quick search just now, and these were the two cheapest gaming laptops I saw, at least in terms of new models:

They have the same graphics card (an Nvidia GTX 1650) and should have very similar performance, but the Legion would run quieter and cooler. It's also larger and heavier.
These are the cheapest options I'm seeing at Best Buy and Amazon. They're the same laptop, which should be equivalent in performance to the ones above.

In case you're wondering what the next step up is, this laptop is as cheap as I'm seeing for a model with the newer RTX 3050. That would give you more room to absorb the demands of future expansions, but I'm not sure you'd ever need it.
