Cheat bar not opening at all

I have a problem I have been struggeling with for quiet some time. I can‘t open the cheat bar at all, I‘ve tried pretty much everything and even tried if it would work on my Mac but it doesn‘t either. I‘m playing through Origin on my HP Laptop. When I press ctrl+shift+C it ALWAYS takes a screenshot. Even the 1-2-3-0 combo doesn‘t work it just changes the speed (Pause usw.)... Please help me I am frustrated -> I don‘t have any CC or Mods installed yet because this problem is annoying me so much.

@Debiuly I came across this list of troubleshooting tips while researching this issue. I know there are some repeats from that previous link but there might be something new here to try as well. Like trying different key combos to get the cheat console to open such as:

Ctrl key on the left side along with the Shift key on right side with the C key all together.

Another combo to try is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C

@Debiuly Please check this link for a list of things to try that have corrected this issue for other players. From what I am reading, HP computers tend to have pre-installed software that conflict with the cheat shortcut so you'll want to make sure to disable those background programs.

@RandomBuzziness Thank you but I‘ve tried all of those methods. It‘s the game itself taking the screenshot and I just can‘t figure a way to change that in the settings. When I press the C alone it takes a screenshot aswell, and if I only press CTRL and SHIFT it does nothing.
