Sooo I don't know if I'm missing a step or something, but, when I hit CTRL+Shift+C I get a cross instead of the bubble to type in the cheat. Did I miss a step in there somewhere? Please help!
To add to this, it works on my Sims 3 game but not the Sims 4.

Try turning it off completly and you'll find out.
It's usually a program in the back interfereing. Do you have any screen capturing/video capturing programs or anything of that kind running ?
Um the only thing that I could possibly thing of is my gyazo screen capture. But as far as I know, it doesn't run until you click on it. But I could be wrong
