I have downloaded City Living game pack for my Sims 4. But it hung on download.
I have tried re download but as it is a download to use, however the system tells me that I have already purchased it
I have cleared the cache and restarted my PC do still have the problem
I would like to find a fix to my issue

so i tried downloading the new trail and i pressed the new trail game, in game and then it said restart so i pressed tick and it restarted the game but its still doing it so i tried pressing download in orgin because it clearly hadn't download but it only lets me click it it doesn't download. how do i fix this? thanks for any help.
As you already have downloaded it you can not download it again.

hi thank you for answering it is still saying I can download so I don’t think it ever downloaded and I never used it
Rightclick the game in Origin and select repair.
