Looks good. Don't know if AMD has newer drivers then from January but it might be worth checking (don't think that's the issue though)

Few questions

• Do you play in San Myshuno or just visit ? If you live there, which one are you using ?
• Do you have lags in all towns or just San Myshuno ?
• Do you use any big mods like MCCC ?
• Does it lag all the time or just under certain circumstances ?
• How big is your family ?

• I had two roomies living in 18 Culpepper House in the Spice District. Last night I discovered I could no longer load their apartment without the game freezing.
• Tried moving them into 920 Medina Studios in the Art District from the map screen, but that one wouldn't load either.
• My game lags sometimes. Usually just stuttering. Not entirely sure what causes it. San Myshuno was both lagging and stuttering, not something I usually deal with.

One thing that might be worth noting is that I did a full reset after starting this save. I then moved my saves and tray back into the new Sims 4 folder. Not sure if that would have caused a problem or not.

Could you try a new save to see if that gets the same kind of freezes ?

I transferred my vampire celeb to a fresh save. Still noticed some lag, but no freezes. However, I noticed her vampire perks seemed to be bugged. She was unable to gain any more power points, and when I reset her points using the draught of reconfiguration, the power selection screen seemed to be bugged as well.

Today I did another full reset. Downloaded my sim from the gallery and started over in San Myshuno. Brand new save. No freezing so far, but I do have a bit of stuttering. Oddly enough, I even noticed some in CAS. Can't remember that ever happening before.

Is it possible the old save just got corrupted somehow?

Still getting some stuttering, but the fresh save is running better. I'll PM you the bugged file. Look for the Get Famous household in San Myshuno. The game froze when I tried loading their apartment.
