Clothing being discarded to the floor not going into hampers after eco pack inst

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All games All expansions all stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sim change clothes by going yo bed, going to work, clicking change clothing, take a bath, go swimming
What happens when the bug occurs? laundry pile ends up on the floor, even if a hamper is close by and isn't full
What do you expect to see? My sim goes to bed and the clothing pile ends up next to the bed and all the hampers are empty

Please describe the patch or change you made. after Eco pack was installed
Started happening right after installing Eco pack prior to that I didn't have this issue unless my hampers were full
