Club Doors on community lots losing interactions

I don't know if this is something new or not but I haven't seen anything about it yet. Doors on Community Lots - no interaction menu is available. So far, I've only noticed this with Lots in Winden...

I just tried to duplicate this with the Windenburg cafe and moved the club there to the right and still can't duplicate the issue,

Have you tried this on fresh save as well for testing purposes ?

I wasn't able to duplicate this. Could you try a fresh save ?
