colour swatches not appearing. instead just a white arrow.

So i was just making a new sim and i go onto accesories and i try to change the colour of some glasses and the swatches dont come up. inestead theres just a white arrow pointing to where the swatches...

@emiibelll Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, does it work without ?

Make sure you only use cc/mods that are compatible with your patch level.

I am having the same issue. My homescreen doesn't load properly, there are no links or anything its just a blank screen and then when I go to CAS I only get a white arrow, even without any mods or CC in my game. My computer is up to date and perfectly fit to run my game. It has been doing this for a week or more, since whenever the last game patch / update was.
