Come on EA!!! The Sims 4 major problem with every update :/

I am most likely one of the most loyal fans of The Sims, which I played since I was a kid and now a middle age woman. I have a nice gaming PC, I do not use mods at all, never had... Still, EVERY SINGLE update for The Sims 4 makes the game completely unplayable. After updates I can't load my families. The game starts fresh but can't really be started. If I am "lucky" enough to even start the game, I have a screen with a season to choose and zero funds to move into a new house. Repairing the game doesn't help. Everything is simply gone. The only thing that sometimes work is getting rid of the game from my PC, clearing cashes, registry, reinstalling it again and starting fresh. And even this sometimes doesn't work. Using my saves with old families is impossible as well so all my progress is lost. This is beyond every gaming nonsense I came across in my 30+ years gaming career. And silly me, I was about to buy another addon. I recently paid for the Rent DLC and can't play. EA should really just refund this to me in all honesty. I am deleting this game today and won't be coming back unless there is a fix for this. I am extremely disappointed, I invested so much time and money and can't even play the **bleep** game. And we all know that costs of every addon are just ridiculous. Get your ducks in a row EA and start looking after us!
