Re: Sims 4 Crashing/Freezing/Lag, Surface Pro 3/7

Everytime I try to play my game, it completely freezes my entire computer and I have to force it to turn off by pressing and holding the power button. I can not use the mouse, CTRL ALT DELETE to bring up the task manager, nothing. I dont have any files in my ConfigOverride folder, I've tried repairing the game, removed all mods, deleted cache, tried following steps on other threads on here and updated my graphics card. I also attached my DxDiag. I dont know what else to do at this point...

DarkPhoenixLV  There's no "default graphics settings" option under Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics?  Perhaps it only comes with Windows 11.  I don't know whether I've seen this problem on Windows 10; I'd have to go back and check the dxdiags.  But since 10 is losing support soon, it may be worth updating to 11 anyway.
