Constantly updating sims4 after repairing game

Have you tried offline mode ?

It does the same in offline mode. It's like it can't run the exe file, I tried to look for it in folders, I found this folder called scratch 2753 in Sims4 folder. I double clicked on scratch and it was empty. I deleted it and restated laptop and origin and press play on sims4, it fades and then comes back lit.
