Contacting EA Help

Hello,

I have been trying to contact EA Help or any other EA dept about rampant forum abuse in the form of pornographic images, hate speech, and harrassment.  However, I am unable to because I get caught in a loop.  After selecting step 3 in the process, I get returned to step 1.

Please note that a particular forum member has been abusing the forums for days under various account names and now has had over 1000 reports of abuse on his current account and no one is responding to this.  This is unacceptable.

How can we actually get someone at the Help to respond appropriately?

    We are aware of this, please report abuse to these posts as we cannot do anything about it here.

    I still have the problem of not being able to contact EA Help in general.  How do I do that?

    what browser are you using ? opera, safari or google chrome try clear the Internet cache and swith browsers to IE or firefox also hit the flag/report  in the lower left corner of a post. that will be the quickest way to bring this  to the attention of forum moderators

    Thanks. I use Firefox. I've tried clearing cache.  It doesn't help. (I am referring to the EA help site here, not the Sims forums. http://help.ea.com/en/)

    The individual tonight has been posting porn and harrassing members for 6 hours and has had thousands of flags.  No one is attending to the matter.  It is a problem, and there must be another way of contacting someone.

    Yes, I did.  I think it's because the closing parenthesis wound up being included in the link.
