Corrupted file on Sims 4

I can't download sims 4 because of a corrupted file in local disk/program files/origin games/the sims 4/data/client 

The corrupted file is ClientFullBuild0.package and I can't delete it or anything, help? 

Ps: I brought sims 4 when it first came out and this has been happening all the time, so I haven't been able to play it. I tried to get help on here once before but that was no use 😕mileyindifferent:

    There's a thrid party program called unlocker (you'll be using at your own risk, not supported by EA). Try if that unlocks the file so you can delete it.

    Try running a chkdsk on your computer then. Meaning scan your hard disc for errors.
