Could anyone tell me what is causing this Last Exception UI in Sims 4?

@AalyahReed i think your describing my issue too? sometimes ive been able to just fix it by playing aroud taking out certain mods and putting them on my desktop but right now im having trouble fixing the issue.
my game hasn't fully crashed yet, it has frequently. today it has been frozen a bunch of times with the pinwheel mouse.
in my game, I also am dealing with my game icons like the sims needs and phone, calendar, and notebook to be blurry/squared out. has this been an issue for others?
